JURUPA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA (September 27, 2022) – At least nine people were injured at a Jurupa Valley business after a noxious material was accidentally spilled.

Riverside County police officials are saying that the accident took place on Friday. There was some type of hazardous materials spill at a business.

The entire building where the spill took place had to be evacuated. In all, 9 people were treated for injuries including two firefighters who arrived at the scene.

The chemical involved in the leak was not identified. But it was being stored in some type of container prior to the accident.
