RANCHO MIRAGE, CALIFORNIA (March 19, 2023) – A bicyclist was injured in a Rancho Mirage car accident by the area of Gerald Ford and Los Alamos, according to the CHP.

Rancho Mirage police officials are saying that the collision took place around 3:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon. A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle under uncertain conditions.

Photos of the bicycle suggest that it may have been electric or gas powered. Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the bicyclist.

They were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. A full investigation into the collision remains ongoing at this time.
