Motorcycle Rider Seriously Injured In Santa Barbara Truck Accident Along East Cabrillo Boulevard
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA (July 24, 2022) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a car accident with a truck on the 300 block of East Cabrillo Boulevard.
Santa Barbara County officials are saying that the collision took place around 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. For undetermined reasons, a motorcyclist was involved in a collision with a truck.
The force of the impact caused the victim to lose his helmet before being ejected in the roadway. Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim.
He was transported to a local hospital with major injuries. A full investigation into the East Cabrillo Boulevard collision remains ongoing at this time.
