Liability For Beverly Hills Motorcycle Accidents

Motorcyclists are uniquely vulnerable in car accidents. They lack the protection of enclosed vehicles and are more likely to be overlooked. Many motorcycle accidents are due to drivers that make dangerous left turns. Pursuant to California Vehicle Code 21801, the driver of any vehicle intending to turn left must first yield the right of way to any driver traveling from the opposite direction that is close enough so as to pose a hazard. Victims of motorcycle accidents tend to suffer very serious and costly injuries.

  • Broken bones
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Organ damage
  • Head injuries

The family of any person that is killed in a car accident may have legal recourse through a civil claim. Damages in a wrongful death claim can help with many of the expenses that come with the sudden loss of a loved one. Sadly, it is common for drivers to deny liability for any collision. This is why it is so important that all evidence is properly preserved after any crash.
