Andrew Belcher, 30, Died In North Hollywood Car Accident While Riding Scooter Along Vineland Avenue By Riverside Drive
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA (February 25, 2023) – A scooter rider identified as Andrew Belcher was killed in a North Hollywood scooter accident on Vineland Avenue near Riverside Drive.
Los Angeles County officials are saying that the collision took place around 12:50 a.m. on Wednesday. Andrew Belcher was riding a scooter when he was rear-ended by a southbound vehicle.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. Despite life-saving measures, Andrew Belcher was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
