The Torkzadeh Law Firm is offering a $25,000.00 cash reward to any individual who first provides credible information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a hit-and-run driver that killed 62-year-old Duane Darling of Moreno Valley. The Torkzadeh Law Firm has been retained to prosecute a wrongful death action in this matter on behalf of Mr. Darling’s Family.
On July 31, 2016, at approximately 8:35pm, Duane Darling was struck and fatally injured by a hit-and-run driver while riding his bicycle in Riverside County. He was riding along Cajalco Road west of Wood Road when he was hit. The driver did not remain at the scene, inform authorities or render aid after the collision, as required by law.
Mr. Darling was found in critical condition along the side of the road, and was transported to Riverside County Regional Medical Center, where he later died from the injuries he sustained.
The driver of the vehicle that struck Mr. Darling has still not been identified.
In a move to encourage public assistance, The Torkzadeh Law Firm is offering a $25,000.00 cash reward for any individual who first provides credible information that leads to the apprehension and conviction of the driver who struck Mr. Darling.
It is believed that the vehicle that struck Mr. Darling was a 2008 – 2014 Ford truck and will have possible damage to the right front corner of the vehicle and windshield.
CHP Issues Press Release
Riverside CHP has issued a press release announcing the $25,000.00 reward and indicating that the incident is still under investigation.
