Allison O’Day

Allison O’Day is an Associate Attorney with TORKLAW based out of San Diego, California.  Allison passionately advocates for her clients everyday. She became a plaintiff’s attorney because she wanted to work on behalf of everyday people that are unfairly taken advantage of by oppressive insurance companies and corporate entities that need to be held accountable. Prior to working at TORKLAW, she litigated employment and sexual abuse cases against corporate employers and public entities. She is committed to fighting against unjust practices and unfair treatment, no matter how powerful the opponent may be. She feels that it is an honor to be entrusted with her clients’ stories in order to recover their rights and give them the compensation that they deserve. Allison has also worked in insurance defense and thus, has special insight into the inner workings of the opposing side. Allison understands that every person’s story is unique and deserves to be heard. She is known for always setting aside time for her clients and working tirelessly to achieve the maximum results for their case.

When not working to enforce her clients’ rights, Allison enjoys spending time with her wife Andrea, and their senior miniature poodle, Zeke.
