Terry Blankenship Injured In Tyler County Car Accident Involving Log Truck By The Intersection of Spurger and Hillister
TYLER COUNTY, TEXAS (March 17, 2023) – A driver identified as Terry Blankenship was injured in a Tyler County log truck accident by the intersection of Spurger and Hillister.
Tyler County officials are saying that the accident took place around 8:30 a.m. on Friday. A log truck made a right turn from the highway and directly into the path of a pickup truck driven by Terry Blankenship.
The pickup truck driver was unable to avoid the crash and hit the log truck. Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim.
Terry Blankenship was transported to the Jasper Memorial Hospital in order to receive treatment. Police cited the driver of the log truck for making an unsafe turn.
