Female Pedestrian Died In Chula Vista Car Accident By Industrial Boulevard and Palomar Street
CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA (January 29, 2022) – A woman was tragically killed in a Chula Vista pedestrian accident by Industrial Boulevard and Palomar Street.
San Diego County police officials are saying that the collision took place around 6:43 p.m. on Thursday. A woman was walking near the Palomar Trolley Station when she was hit by a car and thrown into eastbound lanes of traffic.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. Sadly, the woman died due to the severity of her injuries.
The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
