One Pedestrian Died, Another Pedestrian Seriously Injured In Burlingame Car Accident By California Drive and Oak Grove Avenue
BURLINGAME, CALIFORNIA (October 1, 2022) – A pedestrian has tragically died and another person was seriously injured in a Burlingame car accident by California Drive and Oak Grove Avenue.
San Mateo County officials are saying that the accident took place on Saturday. Two pedestrians were in a crosswalk when they were hit by a vehicle.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victims. Sadly, one person died due to their injuries. A second person was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
The driver involved in the crash took off but eventually came back to the scene. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
